Juliana trained as a lawyer at the University of South Africa and the Ghana School of Law. She is a member of the Ghana Bar Association and has extensive experience in legal work both in South Africa and Ghana including the Attorney General’s Department (Ghana) and other private law firms in Ghana. She has sound knowledge of activities and issues pertaining to Labour Law, Family Law, Immigration Law, Estate Planning, Corporate and Debt Recoveries among others.

Francisca is the Legal Secretary and Practice Manager. She graduated from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. Francisca acquired extensive knowledge in the legal field while working as a paralegal in the Legal Department of the National Lottery Authority, Accra.
Mr. Emmanuel Macbrooks Ashigbui
Law Clerk
Emmanuel is the law clerk of the firm. He has extensive experience in dealing with all manner of legal processes.
Mr. Edward Mettle Nunoo
Lawyer
Holds a BA law degree from the University of Ghana and was called to the Ghana Bar in 1983. He has worked with several top organizations in Ghana, including working as solicitor for State Insurance Corporation from 1983-2004. He also worked at Total Ghana Limited in Takoradi, Ghana. Subsequently, he worked with State Transport Corporation and Tanink Ghana Ltd as the Business Development Manager/ Legal and Administrative Manager. His areas of expertise are banking law, business development, insurance, and property law and estate planning.
Ms. Afia Fening
Lawyer
Afia Fening is a consultant at Legal Empire and is based in the United Kingdom. Afia is dual qualified (South Africa and England and Wales) and holds a LLB from the University of Cape Town and a LLM from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
